Subject: DHI Office - New Time Tracking System

Hello team,

Next month, our company will introduce a new time-tracking system at the DHI office. Employees can log in and out using their mobile phones or computers. The system will automatically record working hours and send the information to payroll.

Managers believe the system will be more accurate and save time because employees will not need to fill in paper forms. It will also help staff to log in from different locations.

Some employees are worried about the new system. They think it may be difficult to use at first, or they may forget to log in when they start work. However, the IT team will give training sessions next week to help everyone understand the system.

Please contact the HR department if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Susan Ahmed
